ABOUT US

HOW IT ALL BEGAN?

New Covenant Model C&S Church was established as House Fellowship in November, 2013 under the leadership of Pastor Michael Adeniyi Ajayi as a Primus Model Branch of New Covenant District, Cherubim and Seraphim Movement Church; body part of Cherubim and Seraphim (C&S), established by God through St. Moses Orimolade Tunolase. This was established without a significant alteration in the configuration of the basic ideas, principles of religious beliefs and practices of worship of the founding father which are scriptural and Christ focused.

New Covenant Model C&S Church is a Centre for the unchurched─ those who had given up on conventional and traditional church services. New Covenant Model C&S Church is a sanctuary where the hurting, depressed, frustrated youths/young adults and the confused can find true love, acceptance, help, hope, forgiveness, guidance and encouragement.

OUR OBJECTIVES

To preach the Gospel of our Lord Jesus Christ to unbelievers and make disciples of all nations.

To have a C&S Church administered by well trained, tested and spirit-led leadership, who cares for His sheep.

To redeem & restore the image of C&S through model worship, and by operating on sound biblical doctrines.

To run a C&S Church that is modern and less indoctrinated in its mode of worship as a way of reaching out to the world.

To run a Cherubim & Seraphim Church that operates on core Biblical principles and contemporary enough to attract membership of people from diverse background

WORSHIP STYLE

New Covenant Model C&S Church mode of worship is authentically Pentecostal in style. A Model Seraphim in every way without deviating from originality or compromising the true message of the Bible; (John 4:23-24). Diversity in style is a mark of strength and not a weakness; God uses different approaches to reach different groups of people. Don't confuse methods with the message. The message of Christ will never change but the methods of adoration, conveyance or dissemination can be reformed by each new generation (Prov. 18:15, Ps. 19:2).

BECOME A MEMBER

We strongly believe and focus on bringing the lost to Christ and equally encourage them to continue to pursue a deeper relationship with God. Our structure makes it easier for all new converts to see how to take further steps toward God and measure personal progress spiritually. We run three (3) months induction classes: Foundation and Baptismal Classes to lift up Jesus and expose new converts to God’s word and His Power before they are adopted to join any unit and seen as full members of the Covenant family.

In New Covenant Model CSMC, we are committed to leadership development through various arms of our Ministry. We have witnessed the tremendous transformation of individuals under the wonderful working Power of God’s word in every area of our Ministry. Through dynamic teaching and strategic trainings, you gain access to the depths of supernatural wisdom and bring to life the gifts of God in you. With that, you can be all that God made you to be.

MEN FELLOWSHIP

Our Men’s Fellowship is designed to bring men into their place of God; hence fulfilling their leadership mandate in every sphere of their lives. Our Men's Fellowship helps aids the gathering of Christian men for the purpose of sharing, prayer, support and biblical study.

Covenant Youth Fellowship is a platform made up of students, young graduands and unmarried people who are vibrant and passionate about serving God. It is actually a "full church" on its own as it is representative and possesses in it, all aspects of a church in it.

CHILDREN EVANGELICAL MINISTRY

The CEM is a Ministry for children who are old enough to stay without their parents, to be nurtured by capable hands of well-trained child minders/care givers, who are driven by passion for service to children. And they execute their duties with love and care, while making the children feel loved. Our CEM maintains the same level of excellence as the adult church. We recognize that godly virtue must be imported and imbued from infancy (Proverbs 22:7). That is why we are dedicated to building and equipping the next generation of saints with God's word and the Power of the Holy Spirit.

COVENANT SCHOOL OF MINISTRY

The primary focus of the Covenant School of Ministry is on providing training that enables eligible candidates to locate their place in God's kingdom. In addition, ministry school is designed to: Train and equip candidates to understand ministry and how to it profitable to everyday life and business (Market place ministry). The school will help candidates identify ministry and leadership opportunities around them. It also enriches their lifestyles and makes it adaptable to any career, business as well as God's call into full-time or part-time Ministry. Our Ministry gift assessment and personality profile tests will help candidates identify their peculiar areas of gifting and Ministry potentials.
